Zzzzzzzzzz

I guess Alaina decided that is was more comfortable to take her nap on the floor than in her bed. Who knew?

New Cloths for Carson

Today we bought cloths for Carson. He was wearing toddler sizes so we went to the boys sizes and completely skipped to size 5 pants and medium shirts! He is growing so fast. I must point out the shirt he is wearing. He made sure that he wore his "bumblebee" shirt as soon as he got home. The great thing about working a JCPenny's is that I got 6 shirts, 5 pants, and socks for around $60! I mush say that working there has it's advantages! I must confess that I got the socks at Walmart, but everything else was from JCPenny's.

A JOB!

I am pleased to announce that Tony was offered a job yesterday! It's with a company called ID Consulting Solutions (I think it something like that anyway) here in Boise. He'll be working as one of their drafters. The best part is that he'll be making more than he did at Diamond Z Manufacturing! We feel so blessed! Thank you to all who kept us in their prayers these last 3 months. Tony had an interview with this company on Monday. He really didn't expect to get the job, but to our surprise they contacted him yesterday with the offer (of course he accepted). Today he is filling out all the necessary paper work. I'm just so proud of Tony and all he's gone through the last few months. It's been very difficult for all of us, but I think he has taken the blunt of it all. He's been doing everything thing in his power to make this job a reality. I love you honey, and Congratulations!

Salsa

Ok, so if you haven't noticed I'm doing some canning this year. Here is my first attempt at salsa. Looks yummy....don't know how it tastes yet....we'll save that update for later.

Pickles!

Here is my first attempt at Pickles. Not too shabby for my first try.

Our first Harvest

Yet again, I know it's silly to be excited about a few vegetables...but hey it's our first garden!
