Full Storage
Yesterday I went to post some pictures I had taken of my Brother's and Sister's families over Thanksgiving. But I have used up all of our free storage on google. I am so sad. So alas it may be awhile before I am able to post again. :(

Deals
Today I got two skirts, two shirts, and a pair of shoes for $11! The cloths were $1 each at Walmart. The skirts are too big, but for $1 I can take them up. I had admired the shoes about 6 months ago at Kmart which were $22. Today they were $7 at DI and had hardly been worn at all! I had been saving some money to buy myself some cloths the next time we go to Boise. I couldn't help but dig into it for these great deals!
Ouchie!
So every year after Halloween I cut up and cook our pumpkins to make a pumpkin puree for pies, cookies, bread, etc. On Monday I was cutting up the pumpkins. I had a thought go through my head that I'd better be careful or I'd end up cutting myself. Not a minute later I sliced my left index finger. I knew it was not just a little cut pretty quickly. I applied pressure to slow down the bleeding. I called Tony to tell him about what I had done and that I thought I needed stitches. Thankfully it was just about Tony's lunch break. He came home to look at it. He said that he didn't think that it needed stitches. The doctor would probably just clean it and bandage it up or maybe put some super glue on it. But, he said he'd take me to the doctor if I wanted to. At this point I was laying on the couch because I was feeling sick to my stomach and dizzy. I opted to go to the doctor. The doctor looked at my cut and said that it would heal better with some stitches. So I got a numbing shot to the finger that hurt SO BAD, 3 stitches and a bandage. The pain has gone down a lot, but having a bandage on my finger it really annoying! Normal tasks are not so easy anymore. I get the stitches out in 10 days and it can't come soon enough!
Be grateful I cleaned up my finger before taking this picture, it looked a lot worse before.
In the morning and at night I leave my bandage off to let it dry out a bit, but most of the time it looks like this. I realized from this picture that I have my mom's hands.
Flashbacks
So for awhile I've been meaning to start scanning all of our photos from before the wonderful world of digital to our external hard drive. I have a big job ahead of me. Today I managed to get all of the professional photos from our wedding scanned. This one has always been one of my favorites.
As I continue to get our photos scanned I'll try to post my favorites

Carson's Baptism
Last Saturday Carson made the decision to be baptized. I was so proud of my boys. Carson for making the decision to be baptized and Tony for being worthy to perform the ordinance. The day was crazy but well worth it. Carson had great support from many family and friends.

This picture was taken at our ward chili cook off/Halloween Party. We didn't win with our chili this year, but we still had a good time.

Halloween 2012
Monday night we carved our pumpkins for FHE. This year we made Carson clean out his own pumpkin (the middle one) he didn't like it one bit and complained the whole time, but he did it. For the most part anyway. Alaina's is the cat and Tony did the skull. Didn't we, I mean, the kids do a great job?

This year Charlie got to go Trick or Treating with the older kids. Our little cowboy was quite excited.
Carson, my knight in shinning armor.
Alaina the Pirate Princess. This costume was a repeat from last year, but hey you got to get as much use as you can, right?
The three kiddos ready to go.
Carson had told his Grandma Foster that I didn't dress up for Halloween. I had this picture taken to prove that I may have not dressed up in a costume I still dressed up for Halloween. Pumpkin earrings (which Charlie especially liked), festive shirt, and festive socks. After the kids gorged themselves on candy and were put to bed Tony finished off the night with our traditional Halloween movie of Van Helsing.
Last week we had 8" of snow on the ground which made me a bit nervous for Trick or Treating, but thankfully we had an abnormal warm up and the high was in the 60's yesterday! We quite enjoyed the nice day, since it'll probably be one of our last.

Carson's 8th Birthday
With Carson's birthday being on Halloween and all the festivities that go along with that holiday we usually do cake and presents the weekend before. So on Sunday evening we had a dinner of spaghetti (Carson's favorite), bread sticks green beans, and cake for dessert. Carson's didn't want anything fancy for his cake this year. Just funfetti cake with funfetti frosting. And no he is not 71 but 7+1=8 right?
Unfortunately I totally spaces getting pictures of Carson opening his presents. He got a new Lego radio/CD player and his first pocket knife. He loves his radio and we are being very careful with the knife.
