Ok, so if you haven't noticed I'm doing some canning this year. Here is my first attempt at salsa. Looks yummy....don't know how it tastes yet....we'll save that update for later.
I'm impressed. I keep wanting to start canning, but our dinky apartment leaves little room for food storage and what we do have has already taken over under the bed. Do you have a pressure cooker?

sadly no, just borrowing. Maybe next year.
